Use representing agents for mundane, repetitive tasks—like scheduling—while reserving your personal voice for meaningful engagements.
The challenges AI introduces aren’t just technical; they are profoundly human. How do we value our time, our relationships, and our identity? How do we ensure that efficiency doesn’t come at the cost of richness, nuance, and understanding?
A Call for Mindful Interactions
As AI agents continue to improve, they will undoubtedly find their place in society. But that doesn’t mean they should replace the inherently human moments that define who we are. Technology should complement human effort—not take it over outright. Always question what kind of tasks automation should handle versus what’s worth doing yourself.
